| LOOLLL that's a wicked analogy RAID (with one of the best sigs I've ever seen:O)! I completely agree. And pictures would make it easier to understand what you mean by the fins bending. Like if it's a case problem, mounting problem, fan problem w/e we can analyze it better if we SEE what you're talking about with the pins and what not. Thanks man, and no worries for the help ![]() |

| St!x: Now that the motherboard is in the case with everything else I am not sure I could take a very good picture. If you look at the picture directly above, you can see where the edge of the cooler is touching the top of the heat sink (the tallest part). It is those fins that are being bent downwards a little. The top fin is touching the next fin. Take care. | Hmmm...so the heatsink is in there passively at the moment? NO fans attached to the top? That's the kind of idea I was referring to. |

| I'm Evil | It will work fine, I was only concerned about the cooler damaging the heat sink, or putting pressure on the chipset. The GeminII can also be mounted vertically, as you have pictured.......I guess I was too lazy to take images of that mounting method. You should see some really good temperatures with that set up. | Yes the cooler is in there passively right now. I should be getting the fans (Arctic as recommended by Rich in his review) soon but then I am out of town. So I won't be able to put them in for a few days. I don't know if the cooler is damaging the heat sink. I hope not. The fins are bent slightly at the top and there must be some pressure on the whole area but the fins seems to be quite flexible so I hope there is no damage other than the bent fins.
