Well, I couldn't wait. I ordered the cpu. I have a psu that will work with it and a heatsink. So I will have it together next week. Will see how far I can OC with the Zalman 7700 I have. Should be ok.
Will upgrade the psu and heatsink later if needed.

I would get everything together first and ensure it is working before thinking about overclocking

Absolutely, wasn't thinking otherwise. But, you know, after this is put together and running stable, I am gonna push it a bit.
