most of the P35s should be along the same level so the decision should be set with the options you are looking for and past experience.
I would say either the ABIT or Gigabyte board should be great setups.. but also keep an eye on the memory you get with the DFI board as they can be quite picky.

I myself have had a great experience with this EP35 board when my experience with the P965 board was hit and miss.

ok if i get the CPU back successfully replaced or repaired this is the Mobo i have in mind:

My first pc was a Foxconn case with Foxconn motherboard , over three three years with that pc never problems (the video card is a slow geForce 7300LE) , this was the reason i have choosen again Foxconn mobo for my new build

The Abit board is a Great board ... of the 50 or so systems I have built, the 200 or so re-builds ... and the 6 recent builds on top end boards [In the last 8 mos] ... the Abit IP35-Pro is hands down the best.
