Just noticed that DFI links to version 1.92 of WinFlash, so maybe you should download that one.

Yes, ty, I was on the official site and thats how I saw I needed to update some stuff,but I like that other link too and added it to favs.Will have to try this tomorrow though,with new floppy.

I would actually suggest using Winflash over the floppy method. I've used Winflash for lots of different motherboards and have never had a problem.

on the right hand side it say Download now,operating system is 2K/XP/2003.

On the left side it has newer version available Winflash 2.0.0.2 Is that the one to Dload?

OH YEAH, I forgot about Vista. Hmmmm, anyone have any experience using WinFlash in Vista?

Here is a method using a bootable CD rather than a floppy disk for flashing the BIOS, maybe that would be more reliable. :dontknow:

This site has a download available for Vista you could try at your own risk...

If I spend 1 more red cent on this pc...mama gona put her foot up me arse.I bought 2 more GiG of ram recently without telling her upped it to 4 Gig..now im happy with the RAM.....and watchin over my shoulder for the cast iron fry pan

Using a bootable CD is reliable, I've done it a few times before.

Yea, never have had to do a bios flash using Vista, let alone Vista 64bit
