I learned about it while doing the Buying Guide Article. I still use Skt 939, so I had never taken the time to read up on it.

Anyone think this --> Canada Computers - Your Neighbourhood Computer Store and Service Centre - PC Systems and Hardware Components, Notebooks, Electronics, and more. will go good with AMD Athlon 64 3500+?

ALso I got a question, my friend told me that Asus motherboards use a lot of power to make the computer work, is that true?

Too much to read! But it does seem that you have a PCI video card and sAM2.

Also, about the power consumption of ASUS boards, it depends on the board. Usually it depends mostly on the chipset. Any motherboard from any manufacturer can consume X amounts of power. The onboard video would consume a little bit, unless disabled.

I am buying my motherboard toodayy, so I was wondering, thanks for your answer panda, although I got 1 more thing to ask, since that motherboard doesn't have a.. front/header USB Port thing, than can I buy this one?

And, by chipset, if you mean by the processor, people told me the AMD Athlon 64 3500+ is suppose to use less power

No the chipset refers to the two main motherboard chips, northbridge and southbridge. The MoBo you chose uses the NVIDIA NF6100-405 Chipset.
