Its only going to get worse from here on out. Besides the silly graphics wars that only hurt customers (SLI and Crossfire support), you are already seeing silly things like "SLI Ready memory" and "SLI ready PSUs", companies like Corsair and NVIDIA team up, and it only really affects marketing as there are no "secret weapons" offered with these partnerships...its really nothing more than companies trying to capiitalize on a hot trend.
