From what I can tell the only difference between the two are different packaging and a $10 price difference. I have the XFX 650i Ultra and it didn't come with the external usb and serial port thingys like the one in this review does.

Then again the difference could be the same as with EVGAs 680i A1 and T1 boards. Who knows.

That is definitely very cool, I always forget about that. DFI did that with one of their LanParty boards too I think. The feature is certainly young, but I also hope it continues to mature and become a standard feature on most chipsets from now on!

A1 comes with a few less cables, but carries a lifetime warranty, as opposed to the 1+1 year with the T1. Be sure to register online within 30 days of purchase.
