That is a big AFFIRMATIVE. Through the years, as I have learned things, I always share them. At the EVGA forums, I started to learn about how big the PSU really matters, and my research helped others on there. I also race cars, and play paintball (ex team mate is editor of some of PB mags), and there too I have shared my knowledge. You might say I am a firm believer in "Pay it forward" like in the movie :)

Again, THANKS for everyone's help!
Of course man, we are all here to learn  It's always fun to have another person around that shares the same overclocking/building/tweaking "sickness" that we have!
Don't be afraid to start your own thread either, These forums are here for everyone else more than they are for us staffers :D

Was finally able to get a screenshot of the info from the new NVidia 91.28 drivers and the BETA of NTune so show the stats. Think this is ok, or could I go more?

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

That's not too shabby, you're sitting in between a 4800+ X2 (2.4GHz) and an FX-60 (2.6GHz). Whether you want to go higher or not is a judgement call on your part. If it's completely stable and the temps are in check, then forge ahead if you have the desire.

I guess then, with the ASUS Probe showing both the CPU and mobo sitting around 37c temps, I am perfectly stable and have cool temps. Its just when I finally got to D/L the 3DMark06 benchmark, it was not as high as some others with the same parts. So am wondering if I have a bottleneck yet, somewhere, or if there is a bit more I could get and still stay stable and cool. Any suggestions to getting it a wee bit higher?

Thanks!

Keep in mind a couple things regarding 3dMark06: (1) You'll see greater gains in your score by overclocking the videocard as opposed to the processor and (2) like all synthetic benchmarks, take the results with a grain of salt. It's a neat tool to verify that your components are functioning properly by comparing to others with the same specs and making sure you're in the same ballpark, but variances between scores is perfectly normal.

As for your specific overclock, have you tried upping the fsb to 260? That'd give you 2.6GHz (FX-60). You're not likely to notice a real world performance difference over 2.5GHz, but it's a neat milestone nonetheless.

Ok, will try the FSB at 260, but is there anything else I should change? The memory timming, or the SB - NB, K8 - NB?

Thanks
