okies cool, so should i go with an amd high-processor for gaming cause in the gaming term its good i think but not for overall :P

PS- i just came to know that signatures should be made for specs only. Promoting without concern is Worthless.

No. There's no real reason to go with AMD right now as their chips are inferior to current Intel offerings.

AMD's fastest chips can only compete with intels mid range chips. that Intel E7200 that BnB posted outruns anything AMD currently has. also its extremely overclockable, and only retails for about $130 making it a better choice than say an X2 6400.

now on the low-end, AMD and Intel trade blows........until you factor in overclocking. then Intel takes the lead

agreed with everything else... if it is a lower end budget setup then AMD or Intel should be considered. but for anything mid to higher end computing, Intel is the way to go...
