If i buy a PC4000 i can set the timing lower runing the mems at 200mhz ?
No problem. I would have given you some links before but I didn't have time at the moment. So I'll get back to you with some links when I get a minute

And yes, you can usually set the timings lower (tighter) on PC-4000 memory when it is running at slower speeds (like 200mhz). None of the PC-4000 memory kits are guarunteed particular timings at 200mhz, so your results will vary depending on the kit you choose. If you are on a budget and want the best DDR400 (PC-3200) performance, then you would be best off getting a PC-3200 memory kit that is designed to run tight timings at 200mhz. And don't worry, if you pick the right kit (which I or someone else can get some links for you later), you can still overclock it very reasonably.

Check out our reviews. In my opinion, one of the most important aspects of memory is its versatility. While all PC4000 kits may be rated the same, not all will run DDr400 at the same timings....so what I always try to do is show each kit at a variety of settings

i was reading some reviews of PC4000 Memorys and I note that the Crucial Ballistix Tracers DDR 500 (PC4000) 2GB Memory Kit is the only one that reaches 2-2-2-5 latencies AT 200mhz.
So this will be the appropiate for me? But I was looking if there were avavible in newegg , and there aren't of this one.

To be perfectly honest, you aren't going to see as much od a difference as some would lead you to believe. At DDR400, the difference between CAS 2 and CAS 2.5 is not that much.
Saying as you want a 3200+ and will probably end up overclocking....i'd recommend a good overclocking kit more than I'd recommend a PC3200 kit.

The 2GB Ballistix are great, but as you're finding, pretty much impossible to find these days. To be perfectly honest, most (not all) high end PC4000 kits will perform similar, and then there's the luck-of-the-draw factor, just like any component.

Personally, I'm a big fan of OCZ. I've yet to be disappointed with one of their enthusiast level kits, and the customer service is better than I've received from any manufacturer, RAM or otherwise. My only complaint is we can't seem to get review samples from them! :P

Those Ballistix are good too, they should do you well. But just remember, like One4yu2c mentioned, everyone's results will be slightly different so you are not guarunteed to get 2-2-2 timings out of those at 200mhz.

Link at NewEgg...
That is only a single 1GB stick. If you want a total of 2GB of memory, you will need to buy two of them.
