I know the place in the game you're referring to. It's in a junkyard with lots of buses and campers and crap right? I've died about 20 times myself. Got so pissed off at running out of ammo and then dying while searching bodies for ammo I've not played it in a week.

Yea. I've almost reached the breifcase i'm supposed to steal from the military. I've reached the trainyard.

The thing I dont like is there is only one place to sell your weapons. I've picked up about 13 weapons, 10 SMGs and 3 shotguns, and they are supposed to be worth 1k each for SMG and 400 for the shotguns. So I ran the 1 KM back to the old man and he bought it all + 1 thorn (worth 1k) for 3000 bucks.

ps: How do you use grenades? I cant seem to put them anywhere.

PPS: Control + F1 unlocks some hidden menu or something? 0.o Thanks :)

is there some key combo that I can use to get my core multiplier limit to 9x instead of 8? ;) hehe

Nope.

The only Intel CPU that have unlocked multis are Extreme Editions and Engineer Samples.

I did that once as well Zam. I had like 8 shotguns and a few SMG's. I ran over to the old man, sold all but 1 of each. When I came back out, I had no weapons but the knife. I was pissed.

Dude, I'm now located in the Duty base north of Garbage and its weird. They have an arena where you fight other stalkers for money. I've won 3 times so far. But now I'm not experienced enough to compete.

One thing that pisses me off is I can't find this guy's 'family rifle'
There is a mission way point to go there but I CANT FIND THE DAMN THING!
I spent a good 30 minutes looking around and I couldn't find it. And every time I go to the bar i feel sorry for the guy cuz he's mopin and emo and crying and i can't do anything about it.

But I did find an RPG on one of the MERCs who shot down the govt' helo. It was intense. I'm really starting to get into the game now. Rescuing that scientist from the merc's was fun. And I picked up several automatic rifles that each were worth about 2k each. But since I found the RPG i had to dump them all cuz I had over 70kg and couldnt move. LoL.
Luckily this game is cool and stuff stays where you left it. So once i get over my fear of those damn invisible zombies i can go back with an empty packpack and pick up the 10-12 military-grade rifles i "liberated" from the MERCs and sell em for lots-o-cash

This game is like FEAR. I can't bring myself to play it past 10:00.
I'm gonna try to play it after I take a shower tonight. If not I'm just gonna go to bed. I'm beat.
I've traveled 600+ total these past 2 days. Visited UC Santa Cruz. Hella nice campus =P
