Download a couple of these apps.....primarily Stress Prime 2004 and Super Pi.....run them at your current settings and write down the results......then tinker a bit
Go slow, changing the FSB 3-5 MHz at a time until it fails those two tests, then raise the VCORE and VDIMM a little and try again. Remember to not exceed 1.5V on the VCORE and 3.0V on the VDIMM (I don't think your board goes that high on the VDIMM anyway). I don't remember there being any other voltage adjustments on that board so that should cover the basics.....we'll be here to help

I wouldn't suggest doing ANYTHING involving voltage changes till you've been overclocking for a long time.

But hey, its your proc/mobo/ram ;)

ok ive got more questions...
My moterboard only supports up to DDR2-667, but I plan to get some DDR2-800 (prices low, future upgrade prospects) but would my motherboard run it (not at 800mhz) i mean at all.

2nd question, if I want to overclock my pentium D to 3.0Ghz (215x14) what should I set the RAM multiplyer to? and should I put the timings up at all?
Thanks
