Try bumping the voltage up to 2.3v, if yu haven't already. Timings at 5-5-5-15.

what about the fsb and stuff like that

Put the DRAM Frequency at DDR2-1066 if that's what you want it to run at. If DDR2-800 is fine for you, then keep it at that.

yea but i cant get it to go 1066 without changing the fsb but i dunno what i should change that to

yea i updated the bios to whatever is the latest version like 907 or something i dunno, and i just leave the fsb at auto since i dunno what to change it to

If you are only running the CPU @ 2.8 then why not run the memory 1:1 with FSB and tighten the timings. Maybe they will run 4-4-4-15 @ DDR800/
