hmm.. With a trial like that, who needs the full version? I don't understand these companies when they have such great offers in their trials.

Default So much for that

I created the bootable ISO recovery DVD and booted it and when it asked me if I wanted to load the full version or safe version, I chose Full version and got this. This reminds me of the ghost experiences I had too much.

I am sure it could be something that could be fixed eventually, but I really get tired of debugging peoples software for them especially when I was about to pay a license fee for it.

Thanks for the recommendation though, I do appreciate that. I've run into so many things that won't run on this motherboard because of the Jmicron controller Sata II controller, I guess it is just getting on my nerves.

So far, no version of Linux, or Vista, or now this!!

I guess it wouldnt' be a good day to ask me if you should buy a DS3.

You mean to buy a DS3 to run a RAID 0 array? Would you be having any problems if you weren't on a RAID 0 array?

When I tried to install Vista and about 4 different kinds of Linux, none of them would work.

Now that being said, it is my choice to hook the windows volumes up to the REAL Sata ports on the Gigabyte Sata II controller instead of the pretend sata emulation ports on the ICH8. LOL

But you would think that wouldnt' be a problem.
