Agreed, provided both kits have similar specs I would go for the cheaper of the two.

Alright if i go with PCZ Reaper PC2-6400

Would that interfere with my CPU Cooler, either Zalman or Zerotherm Nirvana on a Gigabyte GA-EP35 motherboard ?

I will tell you that IF you can afford the those that these guys recomend, GET IT.
IF you are on a low budget, I have been using A-Data RAM for over 2yrs. now, and have had very good results. Just my two cents.
Good luck and keep on folding for the cure !!

a-data and Gskill have worked well on budget systems for me... but I have killed a few trying simple overclocks so be cautious...
