DDR 3200 should work fine if the system runs at 2700, the memory will just slow down its clock speed.

and OM_G, if it is SDRAM (not DDR) then it will not work... some memory is called "DDR SDRAM" so you have to watch closely. SDRAM has 2 notches, DDR has one.

I've checked around and I can't seem to find some PC3200 sticks I had left around. I was pretty sure I kept some after tearing apart a computer. :S
