| They are exactly the same. Except the Xeon packaging costs a little more. e6300 = 3040 = 2MB e6400 = 3050 = 2MB e6600 = 3060 = 4MB e6700 = 3070 = 4MB The Xeons might be speed binned a little higher, but I don't think there are enough of them out there to determine that yet.
