Exactly. And while AMD was resting on their laurels, Intel revived themselves and came out swinging with their C2D and quad core processors.

Agreed. Spending billions to acquire ATI and putting AMD at risk of going bankrupt in the process has only served to give AMD a strong life line to continue to wage war against Intel.
