Okay guys, heres the result after using a Isopropyl wipe then re applying the AS5 acrtic suggests to.

Click the image to open in full size.

And ah nope.
No difference.

My GPU raises the case temp a fair bit.
It gets to 82 deg.

27C (I assume that the "82 degrees" is Fahrenheit, if not, you have a sensor problem) is a reasonable case temp. Once again, it really depends on your ambient room temp.

Did you check all your fan orientations? Is there a speed control on the CPU cooler and is the BIOS setting set to 100% for the CPU fan?

Sorry my X1950pro gets to 82 degrees C apparently, higher by 4 deg if the Tuniq Tower is on low.
I think it does get to those temps since the piece of metal covering over the screws for the PCI cards gets rather hot from the air getting blown on to it from the card.

I have my Tuniq Tower on high and my Exhaust fan is always on high both are around 2100rpm.
I have just bought a SilentX Ixtrema 120mmX25 since I don't have any real airflow coming into the case.

At the moment my room temp is 32deg (89deg F) according to the uGURU panel.

With that kind of room temp, your CPU temp is right in line. As far as GPU temp, I don't know what an X1950Pro runs, but 82C would not be surprising for an nVidia 8 series with stock cooler.

50C load isn't that bad... I consider it normal actually. 70C, that is pushing it and 80C is way too high for me.

I don't like my Opty 165 getting much over 55*C, well thats just me because I have no money.

As far as your x1950 goes, it should be okay upto around 90*C, my x1800GTO will easily get upto 80*C+ on the stock cooler, on stock settings.

Yeah I know the GPU is supposed to be hot when going full blast.
Has been up to 86 and has been fine, just noisy.

So at 30degC using the stock cooler I get 60+deg on core 1 stock and it would be normal for the room temp?
Are AMD Dual cores stacked on top of each other and not side by side?
It would be an obvious cause for temp differences.

@Craigle
What kind of temps are you expecting with your CPU?
My brothers E6600 on stock cooler at 3Ghz gets 60+C with room temps at 30C.
Over you side of the water, your getting 12deg hotter at times, I think your temps are pretty good and you do have a fair bit of cooling going on in your rig.

Yeah true that. I think can knock off 5 deg with some mx-5 as I only used coolermaster paste.
