Yea the old xp series of chips get a ton hotter than the s939's do!!!
My 3200 runs idle about 45-48 and runs around the 52 mark if it is under a load, and the s939 idles around the 34-39 mark and never gets above 45 under a full gaming load

My XP3000+ full load runs about 70-75șC and my Athlon64 3000+ runs at 50-55șC full load. Right now both systems are sitting side by side although I am trying to sell the whole systems if possible. If not then I will just use them for file servers or whatever.. but the temps on the XP are much higher

Thanks HL and Corsair!
