I haven't heard much about the Xion powersupplies but I have a growing feeling that they aren't a good brand. Try and get an Antec, Enermax, or other good name brand. The power supply is the absolute last component that you will want to skimp on.

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

Ditto - I just haven't heard much either way regarding Xion, and I'd tend to stick with a name brand. In additiion to Antec and Enermax listed above, other 'good guys' include OCZ, Fortron Source, Tagan, Seasonic, and the luxury priced PC Power & Cooling.

With those specs, I'd be inclined to toss in an Antec 550 TP II for $90 shipped, but what post discussing PSUs would be complete without me linking to:

OCZ GameXstream 600w with Quad +12V Rails, Active PFC - $113 shipped (after $12 MIR)

For a time, it could be had for an outrageous $99 shipped after rebate, but the price keeps creeping up everytime I link it. :P

Yes what Tyreal and One4 said.

A PSU is attatched to every componet in the PC, so having a reliable, sturdy unit is imperative to having well built machine.

It's always hard to tell what new technology will be priced at on release day, but here is what the pricing looks like according to Intel...

No, I heard they're very rare once you're married.
