OC update... I bumped it a little bit to 2.73ghz on the same 1.48 voltage, and still no problems. 8) If it's not fixed, then don't broke it!

| Great SuperPI :) Personally I prefer the 16M test, 1M is too short. At least 4M ;) |

| I went ahead and bumped it up again from when I posted 2.73ghz. I'm at 2.76 now (RAM @197.2Mhz) and still no problems and still low temps too - up 1 or 2 degrees, but not bad for the 38% OC. Tyreal, I understand totally what you're talking about when you said you like to keep your hardware...I never intended to be an all-the-time overclocker, but since I never even had the option in my other system, I'm just experimenting. I think I want to try for 2.8ghz, but I don't think I'll go much higher than that. If I did go higher, I'd want to just try for 3.0ghz, but I don't want to push my luck. I am on air cooling and I think that can only do so much. What is the deal with the SuperPI contest? What's that about? If it's not fixed, then don't broke it! |

The SuperPi contest? Not much of a contest. Just see if we can one up each other with our superpi scores ![]() D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220

I took the SuperPi test. I don't know what it means, but I'll post my results in the contest thread. If it's not fixed, then don't broke it!

| Modder-ator | SuperPI mod is a program that calculates the value of Pi to a certain number of digits. For example, the 1M SuperPI competition tests how fast your CPU can calculate 1 million (I think that's how many) digits of Pi. |
